Coaching  and guidance sessions are offered by phone or video visit and are designed to provide focused, efficient, personalized support in a convenient and accessible format. Each session is up to 30 minutes, keeping pricing transparent while delivering meaningful guidance.


These focused sessions are designed to offer guidance and clarity and to answer any questions you may have About GLP-1

medication or health and Wellness coaching. 

The guidance offered will help you move forward with clarity, 

confidence, and a realistic plan—whether you are navigating GLP-1 medications, building healthier habits, or working toward long-term metabolic health and longevity.


Jen’s approach is collaborative and patient-centered, with an emphasis on building self-efficacy—the belief that you can succeed and sustain change. 


During your session, you can receive guidance on GLP-1 medication:

• Navigating dosing, protocols, and expectations

• Managing and preventing common side effects

• Building practical nutrition and lifestyle strategies

• Goal setting, mindset, and long-term success planning.


During your session, coaching guidance includes:

• Set SMART goals (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-based)
• Identify barriers and develop practical, realistic solutions
• Strengthen confidence and decision-making around your health
• Create sustainable strategies for nutrition, movement, and daily habits
• Receive guidance and support tailored to your unique situation


You are in the driver's seat, a health coach is your co-pilot— there as supportive guide on your journey towards your personal goals and dreams.

Fifteen minute mini session provide clients with a quick introduction.

 Mini sessions are helpful for those with simple questions seeking quick answers. Great for busy people or those who do not currently wish to go into deeper educational guidance at this time.
