I provide personalized guidance and education as a board-certified health and wellness coach, registered nurse, and
someone who has successfully navigated the GLP-1 journey, maintaining a 60 pound weight loss for years.
Together, we can focus on the questions and challenges that matter most to you—
from nutrition and strength to maintenance planning and life after medication.
Sessions are available by phone or video. Choose the option that best fits your needs below.
Whether you're looking for a personalized plan tailored to your life and specific goals with or without weight-loss medication, or you are just starting a GLP-1, in the middle of treatment, or maintaining your results afterward, we'll meet by phone or secure video and talk through exactly where you are and where you want to go. As a health coach who has been through this personally, I'll help you understand what's happening in your body, troubleshoot any side effects or plateaus, and build habits that get results. I don't prescribe or replace your provider—I help you feel informed, confident, and prepared for any challenges at any stage.
Weight maintenance is one of my specialties. I help clients build sustainable habits, better understand their patterns, and feel more confident about maintaining their progress for life—with or without weight-loss medication.
If you and your prescribing clinician are considering reducing or discontinuing medication, I can help you strengthen the habits and mindset that support long-term progress while your clinician manages your medication decisions. If continuing medication remains the best choice for you, education and coaching can support that path beautifully too.
